6.00mLの外ねじハイブリッドチューブは、サンプルのトレーサビリティを保証し、作業容量を最適化します。チューブ壁の透明部分により、サンプルの視認が容易であり、4つのコード方式により高いトレーサビリティが確保されます。サンプルは、2Dデータマトリックスコード、1Dバーコード、数字による人が読み取れるコード、およびチューブの白色面に刻まれた記載コードによって識別可能です。高コントラストな1Dコード、2Dコード、人が読み取れるコードはすべて白色面に永久的にレーザー刻印されており、摩耗や剥がれの心配がありません。

外ねじ式の保管チューブを使用することで、サンプルがねじ部分に接触する可能性がなくなり、交差汚染のリスクを最小限に抑えつつ、サンプルの完全性を向上させます。

マイクロニックの外ねじハイブリッドチューブは、オートメーションと目視によるサンプル識別を独自に組み合わせた設計です。視認可能なコードにより、研究者は保管・取り出し作業やフィールドリサーチの際に、サンプルを素早く識別し、コードを確認できます。チューブ壁の透明部分は、サンプルの状態を目視で簡単に確認するのに役立ちます。1Dおよび2Dバーコードはオートメーションシステムでの読み取りが可能です。さらに、チューブ底面のコード周囲を高くすることで、2Dデータマトリックスコードを偶発的な傷から保護します。

独自の射出成形技術により、白色の底面および側面は透明なチューブ本体から分離することがありません。また、高コントラストの1Dコード、2Dコード、および人が読み取れるコードは、白色のコードエリアに永久的にレーザー刻印されており、消えたり剥がれたりすることはありません。三条ねじを採用したハイブリッドチューブは、長期保存や超低温でのサンプル保管に適した優れた密閉性を提供します。また、スクリューキャップの過剰な締め付けを防ぐため、手動・機械いずれの場合でもシール時にロックがかかる設計となっています。キャップは12色のカラーバリエーションから選択可能です。
