Custom 1D Rack Barcode Service

The standard barcoded racks of Micronic – ULT Rack Range, Loborack-96 and Roborack-96 – are provided with a unique laser-etched barcode on one side of the rack (type 128B). Besides the standard barcoded racks, Micronic also offers the service to supply laser-etched 1D barcodes in customized formats.

Custom 2D Tube Code Service

The standard 2D Data-Matrix codes of Micronic have a 12×12 symbol size in 96-well rack format and a 14×14 symbol size in 48-well and 24-well rack format, following the ECC200 standards. The 2D Data-Matrix code consists of 10 predefined digits and is guaranteed unique. Besides the standard 2D Data-Matrix codes, Micronic offers the service to supply 2D Data-Matrix coded tubes in customized formats. The customized 2D Data-Matrix codes have a 14×14 symbol size in 96-, 48- and 24-well tube format. This enables you to include an extra uniqueness to the code of your Micronic sample storage tubes.

Custom Hybrid Tube Code Service

The standard Hybrid tubes of Micronic have blank side walls (W00), a human readable code on the side (WHR) or a 1D barcode plus human readable code on the side (W1D). The 2D Data-Matrix codes of Hybrid tubes have a 12×12 symbol size in 96-well format and a 14×14 symbol size in 48-well and 24-well format, following the ECC200 standards. The codes consist of 10 predefined digits and are guaranteed unique. Only on the Hybrid tubes with blank side walls (W00) the 2D Data-Matrix codes are always provided with a human readable code.

Besides the standard 1D barcodes, 2D Data-Matrix codes and Human readable codes, Micronic offers the service to supply these codes in customized formats. On the Hybrid tubes with blank side walls (W00), customization is only available on request. On the Hybrid tubes with side coding (WHR/W1D) the customized 2D Data-Matrix codes have a 14×14 symbol size in 96-, 48- and 24-well format. The 2D Data-Matrix codes do not have a human readable code. The customized (bar)codes on the Hybrid tubes are guaranteed unique and have a prefix of 3 custom digits (numbers or letters) and 10 predefined digits

Custom Logo Service

The standard logo on Micronic racks is black (laser-etched). Besides the standard Micronic logo, Micronic offers the service to supply Micronic racks with a custom logo.
