There is a manual Screw Cap Recapper, the Screw Cap Recapper CS100. Next to that we have a semi-automated Screw Cap Recapper CS500. Combine it with a Docking Station to (de)cap more accurately and precise. At last we also have a fully automated solution, the Screw Cap Recapper CS700.

The several caps are made of PolyEthylene (PE), Thermo Plastic Elastomer (TPE) or Ethyl Vinyl Acetate (EVA).

The Capmat is a mat of 96 push caps that can be applied in one motion. The TPE Capcluster also caps all 96 tubes in one motion, but you can remove the foil and it leaves the tubes individually capped. The Capband is a band of either 8 caps or 12 caps which comes in the form of a Capmat, where there are breaklines to leave rows.

All  Micronic Storage Racks are based on the global recognized ANSI/SLAS standards (formerly recognized as ANSI/SBS Standards). We offer our racks in 138, 96, 48 and 24-well format. Our sample storage rack range feature a laser etched 1D rack barcode on one side of the rack and for specific rack types an additional 2D Data-Matrix code on the bottom.

Yes. The name of the tube refers to the size of the tube. The working volume depends on the temperature in which the sample is stored in, the cap type that is used to seal the tubes with and the inside bottom of the tube that you choose.
