Material caps

The Answer
The Screw Caps for internal thread tubes are made out of Polypropylene (PP). These Screw Caps have a Silicone O-ring added to the cap as well. The Screw Caps for external thread tubes are made out of PolyEthylene (PE). The TPE Push Caps are made from Thermo Plastic Elastomer (TPE). The EVA Push Caps are made from Ethyl Vinyl Acetate (EVA).

The Capmat is a mat of 96 Push Caps that can be applied in one motion. All 96 caps can be removed in the same motion. The TPE Capcluster also caps all 96 tubes in one motion, but you can remove the foil and it leaves the tubes individually capped. The Capband is a band of either 8 caps or 12 caps which comes in the form of a Capmat. Due to the existing break lines, caps can be removed in a row format.
