Micronic labware is compatible with the common liquid handling robots in the market (e.g. Tecan, Hamilton, Beckman Coulter, Eppendorf, PerkinElmer). Contact us for more detailed information.
Read moreIsolating and separating suspensions and liquids is a common practice in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, clinical medicine and other life sciences. During these procedures, laboratory centrifuges expose samples against high relative centrifugal forces. In the Tech Note ‘Relative Centrifugal Forces’ centrifugal testing was performed to determine what relative centrifugal force (RCF) Micronic labware can withstand. You can request the Tech Note here...
Read moreMicronic labware is designed for long-term sample storage. Samples can be stored in Micronic tubes and racks indefinately.
Read moreThe temperature range of the material of the tubes, caps and racks is approved from -80ºC to +100ºC. In practice tubes are used in lower temperatures until vapor phase LN2 (-150ºC to -196ºC). Micronic does not recommend to store tubes in liquid phase nitrogen (LN2). In practice tubes are only snap freezed in LN2 (without submerging the cap).
Read moreAt room temperature the shelf life of our labware products is 10 years (for gamma irradiated products 5 years).
