Difference Capmat, Capband and Capcluster

The Answer

The Capmat is a mat of 96 Push Caps that can be applied in one motion. All 96 caps can be removed in the same motion. The TPE Capcluster also caps all 96 tubes in one motion, but you can remove the foil and it leaves the tubes individually capped. The Capband is a band of either 8 caps or 12 caps which comes in the form of a Capmat. Due to the existing break lines, caps can be removed in a row format.

We offer various caps for internally threaded tubes and externally threaded tubes...

The several caps are made of PolyEthylene (PE), Thermo Plastic Elastomer (TPE) or Ethyl Vinyl Acetate (EVA).

We have caps in the colors: Transparent, Natural, Grey, White, Yellow, Orange, Red, Pink, Purple, Blue, Light Blue, Light Green, Green and Black.
