Micronic offers a variety of products to enhance the efficiency of manual capping and decapping processes. For manual (de)capping of Screw Caps, the Screw Cap Recapper CS100 is available, which is preset to a precise torque value and automatically stops turning once an optimal seal is established. For Push Caps decapping, Micronic offers a selection of Manual Push Cap Decappers. The Manual Decapper-1, made from high-quality plastic, is designed for removing a single Push Cap, while the Manual Decapper-8, also made from durable plastic, removes Push Caps from a row of eight tubes. For frozen tubes, the Manual Decapper-8 Aluminum offers the same functionality. All manual decappers ensure quick and convenient removal of TPE Push Caps.
The Push Cap Capper CP400 applies uniform pressure to seal Push Caps across a full 96-tube rack in a single action. It is capable of sealing both full and partially filled racks using the complete range of Micronic TPE or EVA style Capmats, Capbands, and Capclusters. The Capper is also compatible with storage tubes and racks from other brands. An adapter specific to your rack type and tube height is provided to ensure optimal results.
To further expedite the capping and decapping process, Micronic offers automated (De)Capping equipment, ideal for increasing productivity. Developed in conjunction with several leading laboratories, the Screw Cap Recappers CS500, CS510 and CS520 can cap, decap, or recap a row of tubes in under 5 seconds, or an entire rack in just 1 minute—10 times faster than by hand. For higher throughput needs, the automated Screw Cap Recappers CS700, CS710 and CS720 are essential, user-friendly devices that can cap entire racks in just 30 seconds with exceptional durability and reliability.
The electric Push Cap Cappers CP600 and CP610 are specifically designed to meet the special requirements of our customers and are compatible with TPE Capmats, Capbands, Capclusters and EVA Capmats. The electric cappers seal a full 96-tube rack in just 12 seconds, ensuring uniform capping. To accommodate the growing need for higher sample throughput, the electric Push Cap Decapper CP620 offers significant productivity gains, decapping 96 tubes in just 8 seconds. The CP620 is able to decap 96 tubes in 8 seconds. Its intuitive user interface allows easy selection of the appropriate rack without the need for additional adapters.
